The Products
Nutpatch creates premium quality gourmet products made with natural ingredients, most are sourced locally. Local Tasmanian honey, local egg whites, and hazelnuts grown and roasted on the Nutpatch property.

Nutpatch uses pure Callebaut semi-sweet dark chocolate and roasts the locally grown hazelnuts.

Nutpatch Nougat
Nutpatch nougats contain 60% freshly roasted hazelnuts or almonds, the freshest of local eggs, and pure local Tasmanian honey.

This makes Nutpatch Nougat noticeably different from most nougats and when you bite into a Nutpatch nougat, you will notice the delicate flavor of honey and the fantastic crunch of the freshly roasted nuts. Nutpatch nougat is a natural product which contains no additives and is best kept in a cool place. Try freezing it, placing it in a food processor and sprinkling the crushed mixture over vanilla ice cream. Varieties are hazelnut or almond.

Nutpatch Amores
These are soft-center chocolates. Made with a shell of Callebaut semi-sweet dark chocolate and filled with a hazelnut creme made of Callebaut dark chocolate, hazelnuts and nougat.

A melt-in-your-mouth confection with a full hazelnut flavor and then the Callebaut semi-sweet dark chocolate flavor.

Nutpatch Hazelnut Creme
A marvelous combination of ground hazelnuts, Callebaut chocolate, nougat, and just the right amount of sugar. Put over ice cream, cookies, make it into a hot drink, use as filling for cookies and cakes, etc.

The Company
Nutpatch is a small family-owned producer located in the South central part of Tasmania. Nutpatch was one of the earliest producers of hazelnuts in Tasmania and then turned the hazelnuts into great nougats. A nearby farm provides the eggs for the egg whites and the honey is produced by a small local apiary.
