Nougat & Chocolates
Nutpatch products are hand-made in small batches on a farm located near Kettering, a small town a bit South of Hobart, the capitol of Tasmania.
Nutpatch makes superb confections: hazelnut and almond nougat, soft-center chocolates, and hazelnut creme.

Nutpatch Nougat Bars
Premium quality nougat in two flavors: Hazelnut and Almond.
Made with just the right touch of Tasmanian honey and egg whites from local Tasmanian farms.
The hazelnuts are grown and roasted on the Nutpatch farm where the confections are made.
The nougats are nuts - 60% nuts by weight.

Eat it plain. Try freezing it, then put it into a blender and pulverize it for a great topping on ice cream or in hot chocolate.
Made from hazelnuts or almonds, honey, sugar, egg whites, glucose syrup, and edible rice paper.

Nutpatch Amores
These are soft-center chocolates. Made with a shell of Callebaut semi-sweet dark chocolate and filled with a hazelnut creme made of Callebaut dark chocolate, hazelnuts and nougat. Amazing.
Nutpatch Hazelnut Creme
A marvelous combination of ground hazelnuts, Callebaut chocolate, nougat, and just the right amount of sugar. Put over ice cream, cookies, make it into a hot drink, use as filling for cookies and cakes, etc.
